A new hand crafted antiqued copper necklace design in my rosebud knot collection. This necklace features a curved 'in-line' knot section worn around the throat or collarbone. The central section featuring a large rosebud knot is hammered with out stretched arms to meet the antiqued copper chain at each side.
All of the cut ends have been filed smooth and the entire piece has been hand polished for a smooth tactile finish and antiqued to bring out the textures of the knot and warm tones of the copper.
The central rose section measures approximately 50mm (2") in width and the rosebud knot is approximately 11mm (0.4") in diameter. The necklace chain closes with my own hand crafted hook and oval loop clasp.
This is is an item that I re-make and you will not get the one shown in the photographs. The only visible difference is that I now curl the eyes at the end of the central section downwards/clockwise, as can be seen in some of the photographs.
