These earrings feature a lightweight faux wood oval charm with a cut out geometric pattern. The large charms hang from balled antiqued copper earwires.
The charms have been created to have the look of laser cut wood, using my own digital design and made by cutting several layers of faux wood paper and laminating them together for strength. The result has the look of a thin wooden charm with a lovely deep and warm colour, but whilst quite substantial in size, is very light to wear.
The charms have been waxed for protection and it gives them a delicate sheen and the edges have been sealed. Whilst they will be quite robust for paper and it will withstand normal wear and the odd splash if you're caught in rain, they are not waterproof and should not be worn for swimming or showering.
They hang 70mm (2¾") overall in height and are 18mm (¾") at their widest.
