Antiqued copper and labradorite toggle bracelet

Antiqued copper and labradorite bracelet featuring spiral wrapped faceted stones and a hand crafted toggle clasp.
Labradorite is a grey green translucent stone with a few speckly dark inclusions and occasional intense blue flashes called the Schiller Effect. If you catch the light right on the stone it will flash with a fabulous intense blue colour. It's very hard to catch in still photographs as it happens as you move the stone and catch the light just right, but it's also true to say that the level of flashes in these stones is fairly modest.
Each faceted stone is spiral wrapped with copper wire and the links joined together with jump rings. The bracelet closes with a hand crafted toggle clasp. The toggle bar is formed with a heavy gauge piece of wire, wire wrapped for texture and interest and the loop end of the clasp has been made in copper clay. It has been shaped to follow the contours of the wrist and adorned with 3 tiny leaves and a bud, atop a hand drawn texture on the surface. Toggle clasps are easy to fasten one-handed and I craft and measure them very carefully for a reliable closure and safety in wear. They won't come undone by themselves.
Bracelet fit:
The bracelet has a fit of 178mm (7") and is 20mm (0.8") at its widest, at the clasp.
Please see the Bracelet introduction or 'How to Order' pages for more information on bracelet fit and measuring your wrist. Please note that this is an inner circumference fit, not a linear length.
