Antiqued copper knotted rope loop pendant on chain

After having to twist some wire to repair a household object, I was intrigued with the results and wanted to try using some twisted wire in jewellery pieces. I played with various combinations of weights of wire and this pendant is made from 3 lengths of the same gauge.

After twisting the wire lengths together I made it into this knot style loop pendant, which was hammered and then I antiqued it heavily to match the chain I'd chosen for it. The antiquing highlights the texture of the twists in the metal.

The pendant drops 43mm (1.7") overall from the chain and is 24mm (<1") at its widest. The hole in the bail is generous at over 6mm (>¼") which will allow it to be worn with other cords and ribbons for a different look.

Chain, length made to order:

The pendant comes with an antiqued copper chain which closes with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp.  The chain will be made for you to order when you advise me of the finished length that you'd like it, up to 760mm (30") don't forget to tell me what finished length that you'd like.
