Wire wrapped copper hoop earrings with a post fitting

Crescent hoop earrings, densely wrapped with copper wire and worn with a post fitting, available in an antiqued copper finish.

The earrings are formed from an almost full circular hoop which has been tightly wrapped with a finer gauge of copper wire. They are worn in the piercing with a post fitting and then curl around the earlobe, looking like a complete loop once in wear.

Each earring is approximately 16mm (0.6") in diameter and they are 3mm (1/8") wide. They're rather smaller than they look in the photos, so please check the sizes against a ruler.

They have been extensively tumbled for shine and antiqued to enhance the texture of the wire wrapping.

This is the last pair left and they won't be made again.
