Antiqued copper heart necklace wire wrapped with rosy buds

Entirely hand crafted necklace which features a smooth heart shape of hammered copper, wrapped tightly with polished buds of rosy copper.

The heart shape was soldered, leaving a little curl in the centre, hammered and entirely wrapped round the shape with rosy copper buds.

It has been wrapped directly into a fine antiqued copper chain in two positions along the top edge where it hung naturally. At present, the chain has not been completed, it will be finished, with a clasp, to your requirements, to a maximum length of a little over 533mm (21") plus clasp. The nature of the closure would be discussed with you before completion.

The heart drops 48mm (1.9") and is 42mm (1.65") wide. It has been antiqued to bring out the texture of the wrapping and all cut ends on the back have been filed smooth to prevent snagging.
