Hammered copper circle wrapped with Labradorite

An entirely hand formed necklace featuring a hammered circle of copper, wrapped with 7 graduating stones of labradorite.

The circle was soldered then hammered and given texture, then wrapped with the stones. They look very green/grey next to the copper - but contain flashes of blue, white and rainbow. I found it very hard to capture the fire in these photos, where the same stones the other day were full of blue fire under my lights.

I hand crafted a generous bail with matching hammered texture, which hangs the ring from an antiqued copper cable chain. The chain fastens with a hand formed hook and loop clasp. The copper components have been antiqued by oxidising, then polishing back to bright to enhance details and to match the chain.

The copper circle measures 42mm (1.66") in diameter and it drops 56mm (2.2") from the chain.

The pendant comes with an antiqued copper chain which closes with my own hand crafted hook and loop clasp.  The chain will be made for you to order when you advise me of the finished length that you'd like it, up to 550mm (22") - if you'd like longer than 22", please add the 'Copper chain - extra length supplement' as in the Related Products below to your basket too - and don't forget to tell me what finished length that you'd like.
