Purple tiger eye and antiqued copper toggle bracelet

Purple tiger eye and antiqued copper bracelet, featuring spiral wrapped beads and a hand crafted toggle abstract textured clasp.
Tiger eye is a natural semi-precious gemstone with lovely tonal qualities and striations, but these beads have actually been dyed and stabilised in a hot pink colour, giving rise to the lovely deep intense purple that goes so well with the warm tones of the copper, which has been antiqued to bring out the textures of the wire wrapping and pattern on the clasp.
The bracelet closes with a hand crafted toggle clasp. The toggle bar is formed with a heavy gauge piece of wire, wire wrapped for texture and interest and the loop end of the clasp has been made in copper clay. The toggle is round in shape with a slightly curved lip to allow the bar to sit neatly in place and it has been textured with my own hand drawn abstract pattern. This is a one-of-a-kind bracelet.
Toggle clasps are easy to fasten one-handed and I craft and measure them very carefully for a reliable closure and safety in wear. They won't come undone by themselves, but that also makes them a little more fiddly to fasten - you need a little ease in the fit to allow the bar to pass all the way through the hole to fall back into place.
Bracelet fit:
The bracelet currently has 8 beaded links giving rise to a fit of 178mm (7") and is 20mm (0.8") at its widest, at the toggle bar. This is a somewhat generous fit, as when I initially made it, it felt a little skimpy with 7 links, so I've added the extra one with a view that it can easily be removed. If you would like a smaller fit, removing one beaded link repeat would reduce the overall fit by around 20mm, giving rise to a smaller bracelet with a fit of 158mm (6¼"). Please let me know if you'd prefer this reduction in size in the comments box during checkout.
Please also be aware that with a toggle bracelet you do need a little ease in the fit to allow the clasp to be fastened - a toggle is tricky to fasten on a bracelet that will be snug in wear, so please allow for this when considering the size.
