Oxidised copper swirl earrings wrapped with rosy copper buds

Entirely hand crafted earrings which each feature a smooth and oxidised scroll of hammered copper, wrapped tightly with polished buds of rosy copper.

Each earring features a cold forged scroll which has been hammered and polished smooth then the bottom area wrapped with rosy copper ball end pins.

The earrings have been oxidised and I decided to only polish back the wrapped details and leave this highlighted against the darker gunmetal finish of the scroll. They hang from wire wrapped long drop earwires and I've only polished the wrap details of them to match the rest of the earrings. All of the cut ends on the back have been ground and polished to be smooth to the touch and prevent snagging.

They hang 55mm (2.2") overall from the top of the earwires and are 28mm (>1") wide.
