Entirely hand crafted antiqued copper earrings featuring a large semi-precious gemstone and a long drop of wrapped wire.
Each earring is made from an over-sized hand crafted rosy copper balled headpin from a heavy gauge of wire which has been extensively wrapped above each stone and terminates with a spiral atop each bead.
The earrings have been antiqued to accent the wrapping and they hang from hand crafted straight fronted earwires, which have been hammered and tumbled for strength and the ends rounded for your comfort.
I have five different faceted gemstone beads as shown in the photographs and the sizes overall from the top of the earwires are as follows (left to right) - the citrine stones and therefore the entire earrings are slightly smaller than the others:
Faceted turquoise dyed jade - overall drop 41mm (1.6") - bead diameter 12mm (½")
Faceted amethyst - overall drop 41mm (1.6") - bead diameter 12mm (½")
Faceted dyed red jade - overall drop 40mm (1½") - bead dia. 12mm (½") - only 1 pair left
Softly faceted citrine - overall drop 38mm (1.5") - bead diameter 10mm (0.4")
Smooth stabilised chalk turquoise - overall drop 41mm (1.6") - bead diameter 14mm (>½") NEW

Upgrade to Sterling silver:
If you'd like them made in Sterling silver, please also add the 'Earring upgrade to Sterling silver' in the 'Related Products' section below to your shopping basket (also found in the Miscellaneous section), as well as the earrings. Please allow a little extra time for them to be made to order. Please also specify the finish you'd like - shiny silver, antiqued, or fully oxidised. Please note: The red dyed coral earrings cannot be made in Sterling silver as the last pair of beads I have are already made into the last copper pair available.
