Antiqued copper coiled link earrings with serpentine jade

Entirely hand made earrings in antiqued copper featuring a heavy coiled, large eyed link, dangled with a translucent spring green oval bead of serpentine jade.

The central feature link of these antiqued copper earrings is a coiled section of heavy gauge copper wire with a large eye loop at each end. The bottom loop is used to hang a gorgeous spring green translucent oval bead of serpentine jade, reminiscent of the spring greenery just emerging as I made them. Everything has been entirely hand made by me, including the ball ended headpins and earwires.

The end loops have been hammered slightly and the metal components tumbled for shine and finish and the earrings have been antiqued to bring out the lovely warm tones of the copper. All cut ends have been filed smooth and round for your comfort and to prevent snagging.

The earrings hang 51mm (2") overall from the top of the classic shaped earwires and are 9mm (0.35") at their widest.
